Transferring your ticket

If you have changed the name on your ticket, you can share the ticket with the new ticketholder by navigating to the ticket and selecting "Share with a friend". This will create a link which you can then share with the new ticketholder, allowing them to access the ticket and add it to their Apple Wallet.

Sending a guest ticket to a friend

If you want to share a guest ticket with a friend, you can do so by going to the guest ticket and selecting "Share with a friend". This will then create a link which you can send to a friend. This link will allow the guest to add the ticket to their own personal OXEX account, as well as their Apple Wallet.

Adding a guest ticket to your OXEX account

If you have been sent a guest ticket purchased by someone else, you can add it to your OXEX account. To do so, open the link you have been sent and click "Add to OXEX account". Then, login to your OXEX account and the ticket will be registered to your account.

Add a ticket to Apple Wallet

You can add a ticket to Apple Wallet by opening the ticket on your iPhone and choosing the "Add to Apple Wallet" button that appears at the bottom of your screen. This will let you access your ticket through your Apple Wallet on the night, which means you won't have to spend time looking for it in your emails or online.
