I want to change the name on a ticket

To change the name on a ticket, go to bookoxex.com/booking and select the event you wish to change the name for. Once you’ve opened the booking, open the “Change or update your booking menu” and select “Change the name on a ticket” if available. You will then be able to select the ticket you wish to edit and input a new name.

If the “Change the name on a ticket” option is not available, name changes may not be allowed. To contact the event organiser to discuss a name change, you can navigate to the booking and then click “Help”. Choose “I want to change the name on a ticket” and then put details of your request in. The event organiser will be able to make a decision on your request in line with their terms and conditions.

OXEX cannot make name changes on behalf of event organisers. If you can only see your ticket barcode, you need to contact the person who made the payment for the ticket to change the name.

I want a ticket refund

To get a ticket refund, go to bookoxex.com/booking and select the event you no longer wish to attend. Once you’ve opened the booking, open the “Change or update your booking menu” and select “Refund a guest ticket” or “Refund your entire booking” if available. You will then be able to select the tickets you wish to refund.

If the “Refund a guest ticket” or “Refund your entire booking” options are not available, refunds may not be allowed. To contact the event organiser to discuss a refund, you can navigate to the booking and then click “Help”. Choose “I’d like to ask about refunds” and then put details of your request in. The event organiser will be able to make a decision on your request in line with their terms and conditions.

OXEX cannot make refunds on behalf of event organisers. If you can only see your ticket barcode, you need to contact the person who made the original payment for the ticket to request a refund.

I want to add a guest ticket

To add a guest ticket to your booking, go to bookoxex.com/booking and select the event you wish to add a ticket to. Once you’ve opened the booking, open the “Change or update your booking menu” and select “Add a guest ticket” if available. You will then be able to purchase a guest ticket.

If the “Add a guest ticket” option is not available, guest tickets are not available. To contact the event organiser to discuss further tickets, you can navigate to the booking and then click “Help”. Choose “I have a question about my tickets” and then put details of your request in. The event organiser will be able to provide you with any applicable information.

OXEX cannot issue guest tickets on behalf of event organisers. If you can only see your ticket barcode, you need to contact the person who made the payment for all the tickets in your booking to add a guest.

I need to specify dietary requirements

To specify dietary requirements related to your booking, go to bookoxex.com/booking and select the event you wish to provide dietary requirements for. Once you’ve opened the booking, select “Choose menu options” if available. You will then be able to choose a menu option and input any specific dietary requirements.

If the “Choose menu options” button is not available, you will need to contract the event organiser. To do this, navigate to the booking and then click “Help”. Choose “I have a question about my tickets” and then input details of any dietary requirements you wish the organisers to be aware of. The event organiser will be able to note your requirements if applicable.

OXEX cannot pass on dietary requirements that are emailed to us directly to event organisers. You need to get in touch with them.

I can’t find my booking

To find your booking, go to bookoxex.com/booking. If you can’t find your booking on this page, please logout and choose ‘Login with an email link’ and enter the email address that the booking confirmation was sent to. You will be sent a login link to access your booking.

If your tickets are still not visible, please get in touch with OXEX by clicking “Help”.

I need to update my college affiliation

In most cases, OXEX detects and updates your college affiliation automatically when your account details change. This happens when you login with an updated email address.

If your college affiliation has not changed automatically, go to bookoxex.com/booking and select ‘change email’. Enter your new college affiliated email address and follow the verification steps.

In some cases, we might not be able to verify your new college email address. If your college affiliation has changed, please get in touch with OXEX by clicking “Help”. Please let us know your new college affiliation and in the help message we send to your email and add a reply from your college address to validate your affiliation.
